had issues bringing up LR

When I brought up LR, I got an error report that I attached to this post. I did try to bring up LR again and it came up but I was wondering if this was a fluke or will it happen again. thankyou

Thanks for the error report! Can you tell me more about the problem you're having -- does LR crash only when you open it, or did this happen before while you were using it (while playing or customizing lessons)?

To help with troubleshooting, kindly send us a Diagnostic Report as well.

To create a Diagnostic Report:

• From your START Menu, go to 'All Programs'
• Open the 'BrillKids' folder
• Open the 'Little Reader' folder
• Find and run the 'Diagnostic' tool
   - A black window will display collecting your system information. Please be patient during this process.
• Once the Diagnostic tool has finished, it will open up a window containing a file named "Little Reader_[DATE].zip"
   - Attach this file to your reply (simply click on the 'Choose File' button at the bottom of your post composition page and locate this file)

You may also attach screenshots showing the error, if possible

Hi again,

In the meantime, can you try re-importing your Semester 1 & 2 content and see if that helps?
You may do this using your Content Discs or by downloading the files from your Account Management page.
