Please try closing the other apps that are running in your iPad, making sure that you don't have anything else running in the background when you play your Little Reader Touch lessons.
If the sounds are still cut off despite having only the LRT app open, kindly
write to us at support[at]brillkids[dot]com and include the following information:
- Which version of the app are you using? We need the full version number, so please open the app, tap the Settings (cog wheel) button then scroll down to About > Version
- Which specific lesson are you having the sound problem in? Please mention the exact Semester, Day, Session and lesson segment (Multisensory, Picture Flash, etc.)
- Confirm if you are playing the sounds through an accessory like a wireless speaker, speaker dock, etc. If that is the case, do sounds play fine if you don't use your speaker accessory?
- Mention any error message or other issues (if LRT crashes or hangs, etc.)
