Received LR Deluxe Kit, Missing License Key

After almost 3 months of waiting I finally got the deluxe program in the mail today!!! Problem is it didn't come with the License Key # in the disk case!!! So, because of that I could not start the program ASAP!! which is frustrating after waiting for so long to get it then I can't even use it!!!! How do I solve this problem? I can't wait another 3 months for something to come in the mail being that we are moving next month back to the states!! (military family) >

Hi Taz83- I am going to separate your response and move it to the tech support board where you can be better assisted. No worries, they are fantastic and can handle anything. Shipping can take a while depending on where you live, I know it's frustrating to wait for something in the mail when you really want it. We lived in Rota until '08 and the mail service was so unreliable...we're headed to Japan next. Good luck on a smooth move (ya right,like there is such a thing ) back to the States!

Your license keys were sent along with your email receipt - immediately after your purchase. These keys were also stored in your BrillKids account, directly after you purchased, too - we do this so online purchasers don't ever have to wait for their boxed kits to install and start using the program!

We're very sorry that you had to wait this long, but perhaps the instructions at the bottom of our receipts were missed.

My in-laws ordered BrillKids Deluxe for our soon to be born daughter Christmas 2012.  We were shocked when we opened the box and found no licenses for our products.  What should we do, considering we have no receipt, because we received the set as a gift?

Hi TheLoveByrds, since your in-laws bought your Little Reader Deluxe as a gift for you, please check your inbox for a "gift email" from sales[at]brillkids[dot]com. The subject line will say something like "You just received a BrillKids gift from <your in-law's name>"

The gift email will contain details about your Little Reader license key and instructions on how to install and set up your software.

If you didn't receive any gift email, kindly ask your in-law to write to us (at support[at]brillkids[dot]com) and quote their BrillKids order number so we can update your BrillKids Account from our end instead.
