Hi Sammy,
Can you kindly tell us more about what's happening to your Little Reader:\
- Which lesson were you trying to play when Little Reader hanged or crashed?
- Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what do these messages say? (if possible, please take a screenshot showing the error and attach it to your reply)
- Did you import any new lessons (downloaded from the Forum Library) before this happened?
- Did you install any new programs before this happened, or do you have other programs running when Little Reader stopped working?
Please send us a Diagnostic Report as well so we can troubleshoot further:
To create a Diagnostic Report:
- From your Start Menu, go to "All Programs"
- Open the "BrillKids" folder
- Open the "Little Reader" folder
- Find and run the Diagnostic tool. A black window will open, collecting your system information.
- Once the tool has finished a window will open, containing a file named "Little Reader_[DATE].zip"
- Attach your Diagnostic Report to your reply and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
** In case this window does not open automatically, you may access the file by going to your "My Documents \ BrillKids \ Tools" folder.
Alternatively, you may send us an email with your Diagnostic Report and screenshot(s) attached to support[at]brillkids[dot]com
