Can you tell us if you have another BrillKids Account (please PM me your other forum username or email address)? We were trying to look for your LR and LM records but couldn't find any from your "Firoza" account -- once we figure this part out, we can check your account and do the necessary fixes for you.
In the meantime, can you try importing your content files and see if it helps? If you bought a box set, simply insert your LR content discs. If you got the download-only version, please re-download (especially if you don't have the files in your computer anymore) and import them again.
