I recommend that you try one of our suggestions for this issue posted here:
http://forum.brillkids.com/little-reader-bug-reports/pronunciation-audio-getting-cut-off-please-see-here/You may do the first solution (i.e., "Update your computer's codec") and see if it helps. If it doesn't work, please try the other suggestions.
If you continue to have problems, please send us a Diagnostic Report by attaching it to your reply.
To create a Diagnostic Report:
- From your Start Menu, go to "All Programs"
- Open the "BrillKids" folder
- Open the "Little Reader" folder
- Find and run the Diagnostic tool. A black window will open, collecting your system information.
- Once the tool has finished a window will open, containing a file named "Little Reader_[DATE].zip"
**In case this window does not open automatically, you may access the file by going to your "My Documents \ BrillKids \ Tools" folder.
