@Maldita:For your pronunciation problem, can you kindly tell me which version of the curriculum you have? (Please see this article for help on how to find this:
http://support.brillkids.com/entries/20439751-how-to-find-your-brillkids-content-version). If you do not have the latest version of your content file yet (for UK it's ver. 3), I suggest that you download and import the latest version from your Account Management page.
For your sound playback problem, this may get fixed after you get the latest version of your LR content, but if not, it is best to try the Audio Diagnostic Tool. You may find instructions on how to use this tool here:
http://support.brillkids.com/entries/20433747-how-to-use-the-audio-diagnostic-toolLastly, about the "donkey" picture audio you mentioned, that sounds like a bug because the recording is supposed to say "Donkeys are smaller and shorter than horses" only. For this particular issue we prepared a patch for you, and I will send you the download link for it via PM.
In case you'd like to try upgrading both your LR software and content, please visit your Account Management page as we've just uploaded the new software version (v2.0.720) and the fixed content files for UK Sem 1. For complete instructions on installing the latest software and content, please refer to this article:
http://support.brillkids.com/entries/20370881-installing-and-setting-up-your-little-reader-from-your-brillkids-accountAlternatively, yes, you can simply remove that particular recording or replace it with your own recording if you like. You may follow the same steps from my previous post above (reply to lelask), then go to the "Common Animals 1" category to edit "donkey."
@Frukc:Yes, unfortunately stopping the LR or LM lesson can only be done via the Esc key. We'll see what we can do about using the mouse to stop or exit a lesson, but this will likely come in a software update later (right now the mouse's left and right buttons and the mouse wheel already have their own playback control functions in LR/LM)
For bug reports, please go ahead and write to us directly about those at support[at]brillkids[dot]com, or you can post in the separate LR and LM Tech Support boards:
