We did a bit of further investigation, and found that this 'empty shopping cart' problem can occur for Internet Explorer users who have their Privacy settings set to "Block cookies".
In your Internet Explorer, can you click on Tools and select Internet Options. Please then select the Privacy tab. If you are set to "Block All Cookies", then you may do one of the following:
- Click the "Advanced" button, then check "Override automatic cookie handling" and then choose "Accept" or "Prompt" for the 2 options below that; or
- Change setting from "Block All Cookies" to a lower setting, eg., "High", and if necessary, click on "Sites" button to add "
