I'm totally with LilyAndOwensMom on this one - content content content. In particular (while I worry about moral content) if the content flashes around too much and changes to quickly too often you can desensitize your child to stimulation.

What was your experience with that?? how did if go for you?

For me, well it was a mixed experience... the hypno part didn't work much ... I acutely felt the pains of labor ... I don't know if that was my fault for not doing the recommended practicing regularly OR if it really doesn't work so well ....

I will be doing it again if I'm  ever pregnant again, doing all the practicing hopefully coz i still want unmedicated births as much as possible inshallah ...

What was your experience with your hypnobirthing?

P.S. one thing that did work was the TENS machine ;D

As for the languages, I would suggest you start the Arabic or the math right away, I don't see the need to wait at all, your baby will understand and shouldn't confuse both languages or anything

I'm always interested to help with the arabic curriculum! I don't have any formal language background except for the fact that I've been speaking, writing, reading and was schooled in arabic all my life

I would say avoid exerting effort the first 3 months from personal experience...  I went about my days normally at first when I didn't know I was pregnant yet, but then by the end of the first month there was slight blood spotting .... so for the next two months I didn't exercise or do any extra effort at all...

It might not be applicable to everyone, but I would say don't do walking as an exercise until you start your 2nd trimester...
