Changing icons is a great way to personalize and even reinvigorate interest to your little ones towards Little Math. Many users have found this to be the case.

If you have not done so already, check out the Little Math Icon sets, most of which are free to download. There's many to choose from, so have a  browse around and choose one which your child might like, if they don't like one, try another one.

 - From your Start Menu, go to "All Programs"
 - Open the "BrillKids" folder
 - Open the "Little Reader" folder
 - Find and run the Diagnostic tool. A black window will open, collecting your system information.
 - Once the tool has finished a window will open, containing a file named "Little Reader_[DATE].zip"

Please also note that the 'Word Flash' part for each lesson only selects around 9 words from a range of words that will shown for that day.

i.e. If you look at Day 14. 'Multisensory Session 1 & 2' you will see all the words shown for that day. 'Word Flash session 1' will show a proportion of those words (9) and 'Word Flash Session 2' will show another proportion (9). In doing this, some words will get flashed for both sessions, some will be left out (but repeated on other days). This is not a fault but our curriculum design, as I've mentioned, different words will be repeated at different times.

Can you kindly try downloading the latest curriculum from your Account Management page, re-importing the content and see if the problem still persists.

You only need one license key to activate LR on 2 computers, so you can use the same license key to activate LR on another computer. Please make sure the other computer as the latest LR version installed and is not version 1.6.

All BrillKids learning systems may be installed on UP TO 2 computers, which means you can use your license key two times to activate your installations on two different computers.

If you have installed two times already, or in case you have reformatted your computer, you can manage your activation records and simply delete one of your activations to free up a slot for your other computer.

Unfortunately, BrillKids Learning Systems do not officially support Mac operating systems. You may refer to our system requirements in these pages:

While we intend to do a Mac-compatible version of all BrillKids learning systems, it's not likely to be anytime soon.

We do have several users who worked around this issue by installing Windows on their Macs via BootCamp, Parallels or other similar software, and they have been using our programs on their Macs for quite some time now. However, we do not provide customer support for any problems encountered as the software is not designed nor tested for Macs.

The file name has been changed to Cantonese.

To clarify to users, the pronunciation of this file is Cantonese - a local dialect of Chinese, whilst the script / writing is Traditional Chinese.

In future, files with Cantonese pronunciation will be labeled as 'Cantonese' otherwise they will be 'Chinese' which means they will have Mandarin pronunciation.
