Well....my son zis the same and has been since he was a baby. He is two now and still does not like any blankets or duvet. He wakes quite a few time because he gets cold I think. I just let him wear warm pjs and put a sweater on top. Sounds silly but that's the only thing that works for us. 

Wow Krista! How wonderful that your daughter could write at the age of 2! Mine is now 2.2 years old and still scribbles. I think I have not given him enough opportunity to write.

I have uploaded several LR files but I am wondering why the preview option is not available on all my files?
Did I do something wrong when I uploaded the files?

When I first used the 2.0 version, I did not like it that much. I preferred  the previous version. My son did not like to see the words appearing  under the photos and vdos. In some multi sensory lessons the titles came last instead off first.

However I have changed my mind! I love it and my son loves his lessons too. He is used to seeing the words under pictures now I guess. I love the folder and save as options. I can easily create the lessons in my native language and Little Reader 2.0 is very user friendly. I have recommended LR to mothers in Thai parents websites and many of them show interests in the software.

Keep up the good work Brillkids team. I daresay my son can read because of Little Reader!

I actually found your method of teaching your son to read through childandme. I started using your method for 1.5 months and have seen positive results.
For example, when I sounded out f-a-n. My son would said "fan". 

We goes slowly through exercises from Felsch book. It's been 1.5 months and we just  started exercise 2 today.
Oh well..I just let my son take the lead and only do the exercise whenever he feels like to.

I have got the book that's why I was interested in teaching my son to read.
The building blocks to read sentences is a really good idea. I will definitely try it with my son. I never thought about taking my laptop to the kitchen and let him watch LR while eating. This is another tip I will try whenever he becomes bored again.

Actually I just discovered a good trick to get him to watch sentence lessons on LR. He loves Ritz crackers. So, every time I want to start the lesson, I will just show him a Ritz bag and
tell him it's time for LR and crackers. He runs to me like a champion. I am able to complete LR/LM lessons in one sitting and It works every time ...

My son loves Little Reader. He enjoys words and couplets. Now we are on semester 2 and sentences are being introduced.
He does not care for them at all. Whenever I showed him lessons with sentences, he either tried to get away or simply told me NO.

What should I do? Any succesfull tips you tried with your little ones?

I printed out the sentences and flashed them to him but he still did not want to look at them. He actually is not into flashcards and thats why I bought LR.

PS He just turned 24 months old and read over 90 single words because of LR.

When I tried to open it last night, it gave me a message about the the shortcut couldn't be found or something, I uninstalled and reinstalled it again and it worked.

I think you would be pleased to know that my Thai language display is working!!! 
I am so happy. I don't think it's LR 2.0 that causes the problem. I think it's something in my laptop.

I saw there were 2 LR installed in my laptop, one was last used in April 2010, and another one was opened today. I decided to uninstalled them both then reinstalled the new LR 2.0.
Then I imported my Thai lessons back to LR. It worked!! Every symbols are there! I am so happy!.

Hello BK team,

my LM cannt be open today. It worked well yesterday. I don't know what's going on with the program.
I got this message "Brillkids Little Math has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I tried to shut down my computer and restart LM again...but it did not work.
I also tried unstalling and reinstalling it, but it still failed to open.
I tried to just repaire it, but it still didn't work.

Hello Kezia,

I typed Thai words directly on Little Reader when I created my lessons. (those files were imported from LR 1.6)

I just checked my input locale, and saw that there are 3 of them installed in my computer; English - Canana, English US, and Thai Kedmanee.
The default is English - US keyboard. I changed it to Thai Kedmanee just to see if it would work when I play Thai lessons on LR...Unfortunately, it still does not work.
I then tried to type Thai words on notepad, and pasted it on LR, and played it...still does not work..
Then tired typing the word on MS Word, and pasted it on LR.........and it still does not work, and is missing those symbols.

I am a bit anxious now because my son has missed his Thai lessons. 

I appreciate your assistance and know that you are working very hard to solve this problem.
I hope we will be able to fix this problem soon.

I followed your intructions and changed the fonts to my Thai fonts but it still does not work.

The words come out correctly when I type or view them on LR word setting window. However, when I play them, they are still missing the symbols.

Hello Brilkids team,

I am having problem with my Thai language lesson. LR 2.0 does not display any sound control symbols and vowels that are above and below the words.
I did not have this problem when I was using LR 1.6.

Could you pls look into this and let me know how to fix it?
