Now the English license key problem is fixed by the Chinese add-on pack license key is still invalid even i directly click the key on the accoun manager page.  Please advise asap.

I purchased LR English long time ago and I purchased the Chinese add-on pack earlier today.  Since I have a new laptop, I installed the LR program to my new computer running Window 7.  After I installed, the activation code for the English LR was ok but when I input the license key for Chinese add-on, it keeps saying the new Chinese add-on license code is invalid. I have uninstalled the whole thing, even deleted the Brillkids folder that automatically save on C drive during installation; however, this time even all the license keys have become invalid.  Please suggest how to fix this problem as soon as possible because my daughter is used to use the program everyday and now she can no longer use it.
