Sorry, it's still not working - I've installed the latest .NET Framework, repaired the Framework Client and reinstalled LR, with reboots after each change.

I'm still having problems at the same point when the video starts. I've attached another diagnostic report after doing the above changes.

Hi Kezia,

I've tried the suggestion with the codec - both installing and uninstalling and the problem still occurs. I've also downloaded the latest version 1.6.342 and installed it. I've also tried some of the other suggestions but no luck.

LR is crashing during Lessons 1 until Lesson 4 (that's the only one's I've tested it with) on sessions 1 and 2. I've recently installed Sony Ericsson PC Companion 2.0 and it had been working previously but I hadn't used it for awhile so I can say what exactly might have changed. My computer has a reasonable spec; 2 GB RAM, plenty of disc space and a Windows Experience Index of 5.4 and I don't have any problems with anything else.

Hello,
My Little Reader stops working when it enters the Multisensory section (Session 1-B) and it reaches the first animation. There is no particular error message, just the standard Windows error message to say the program has stopped working.

Please see attached the diagnostic report. I've tried reinstalling the program, but it still occurs. I'm using Windows 7.
