Hi,

I have created a list of around 40 words for one category and added in little reader  but i would like to sort thsoe words in alphabetical order.
Apart from manually , can somebody please tell me if there is any option in Little reader software to sort the words?

Hi everybody,

My daughter read her first words today morning!!!!! I'm sooo happy about that, that it works, I have almost thought, it just doesn't work for her....

I began teaching my little daugther, when she was 11 months old, we did the whole 12-month curriculum (I translated it in our language). Sometimes I showed her also hand mady flashcards or put cards on the wall, for instance "clock" besides our clock at the wall, etc. But she didn't seem much interested in it, so I stopped these cards. But I didn't stop with the LR. Since we finished the curriculum, I make presentations for her and she enjoys them really. I thought, it is not such a big problem, if she doen't learn to read, because she learns vocabulary and a lot of other things in the presentations.

Then, about a week ago, I tried again with hand made (printed) flashcards. I printed the words in big red letters and showed her the cards 3 times daily for one week. Today I showed her again, like every morning, and noticed, that she just said the words, BEFORE I said them. Wow, I was sooo happy! Finally!

By the way: she is now almost 24 months old, so I show her this different words since 1 year and today was the first time, I really saw the evidence, that it works!!! 

So: don't give up, if you don't see immediate results. They will come!

I've previously posted a list of which Categories were included in the printouts that come with the Little Reader Deluxe Kit in another thread, so I'll quote the list here for you:

For your reference, here is a list of the flashcard printouts that are included in the Deluxe Kit (you should have 1 set of each of these Categories):
 - Action Words 1
 - Action Words 2
 - Common Animals 1
 - Common Animals 2
 - Colors
 - Kids' Things
 - Parts of the Body - Head
 - Parts of the Body 1
...

You can see a list of what words are in these Categories by going to LR's Advanced Play/Edit screen, and then selecting "Categories" -- you can then open the folder there named "BK English Course Categories (Semester 1)" and select "Action Words 1," etc. to see each Category's word list.

About making the rest of the flashcards (that are not included in your Deluxe Kit printouts), you can select specific Categories will be printed from LR's Print screen, so with that feature you don't really need to list down which words are already printed out because you can just "skip" printing out the 8 Categories I mentioned above.

But in lesson planner we can see only daily words not all the words of the LR .
I need the list of words of flash cards provided in binder which comes along with deluxe kit so that i can make flash cards of the words which are not there along with the kit in binder .

in LR i beleive 3000 words are there but in binder i beleive we might have around 300 words so i want list of that 300 words so that i can create the flash cards of rest of the words.

I was planning to buy the Deluxe package but after seeing the shipping charges i was dishearted and feeling very bad.
It took me sometime to get $362 for the deluxe package but now shipping is $73.21 .
Previously i thought that shipping might be $5-10 but after seeing shipping $73.21 my mood was off   >
