Hi,
I just wanna check with the you guys if you have the same problems as I have with Little Reader.

I just bought the LR deluxe pack & have had troubles with the sounds, they either snapped off or went completely silent. The technical team has been assisting me but so far, no results yet. So they requested me to provide remote access to their technical staff for complete access to my computer and we worked on it for awhile, but the connection broke off. When my brother found out about it, I was sounded for giving full access to my computer, claiming that it was dangerous & I might be bugged, or sth.

Do you guys have similar experience? And was the issue resolved? And any of you out there gave remote access, as I did? Cause I'm not worried over what I've done.
