Simply visit the "Purchases" section of your Account Management page to get the installer for the latest version of Little Reader (v2.0.715). You need to successfully activate LR only once, so if you are always asked to import your key whenever you open LR, then that indicates that your previous activation attempt was not successful.
Here are additional tips that you may want to look into if you still can't activate successfully
1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet before importing your license key.
2. If you are manually typing in your license key, check that you have not mis-typed your key. In case you are asked to log in to your BrillKids Account, make sure you have entered the correct login details.
3. Try temporarily turning off your Firewall or Anti-Virus and see in case it's blocking LR's communication with our server.
4. Check that you are not activating LR for the third time (because you may only activate LR in up to 2 computers). You may check your own activation records and delete one of those if necessary by following the instructions in this article:
