Hello Ashwa,
Can you kindly describe what's happening in more detail? For example, are the sounds getting cut off (instead of "clap" you hear "cla-" etc.), the sounds are not playing back clearly, the volume is too soft or loud, or you can't hear anything at all.
In the meantime, please try checking the following:
1. Your computer's speaker and system volume -- make sure your speakers are turned on, not on mute, and the volume level is adjusted to the level you prefer
2. Check the volume in Little Reader:
- Open Little Reader and go to the Advanced Play/Edit screen
- Find the Volume control area in the right side of the Play Panel (this is the long purple bar at the bottom of the screen, which also contains the big Play button)
- Check that the Volume icon is not on mute or that the volume level is too low
3. Run the Audio Diagnostic Tool
- Open Little Reader and go to the Tools or Support screen
- Go to "Support Tools"
- Click on the "Launch Little Reader Support Tools" button
- In the Support Tools window, go to "Sound Problems?" and run the Audio Diagnostic Tool
- Once the tool has finished, you may play a sample audio or go back to your BrillKids software to check if the problem was fixed
- Click on IT WORKS! if your sound problem was fixed, and if not, click on PROBLEM NOT FIXED to continue making system adjustments
If you are still having sound playback problems after the Audio Diagnostic Tool has finished doing all possible adjustments, please let us know. We also request that you attach a Diagnostic Report to your reply so we can troubleshoot further:
