wow its been a long time since i have been here... been very very busy. my baby and i had to move to new jersey to be with my husband. tatlong taon na rin kaming hindi nagkasama dahil sa tabaho nya. i have been here for almost 2 weeks and ang hirap. daming adjustment.

i tried the LR Lite. it went thru with no problems whatsoever. so im gonna try to redo the lil math again.    im crossing my fingers and hoping that it will not give me that same error....

actually, i haven't used my points to get the real LR  product. its still here. should i try to use my points to get the LR? ( i am scared now! it might not work either and i could waste my 10,000 points?)

or should i have my OS changed back to XP or Vista?

hello all!

i need help.. i was trying to install the lil math beta and i got an error message "1628: failed to complete installation"  i tried to redo the process but when i get to the installation part it gave me the same error message. my OS is windows 7. could that be the reason?

ok i think i'll just copy the brillkids file in my documents and back it up. i wont attempt to redeem my points right now while the pc is still actin up. im too scared    something might go wrong. so i will just wait til it is reformatted then i will redeem my points to get the software.

thanks so much for helping me out! its been such a long time since i've had lessons with my baby because of the problem with my pc, i'm worried she might lose interest.

my pc is to be reformatted tomorrow    and im wondering if ever all of my brillkids stuff gets deleted, and i decide to use my points to get the software, will there be any problem?

i cant open my little reader    there are a bunch of errors. please see attached word file. i pasted the screenshots of the errors...

i don't know what to back up for the little reader or even where to find the files.. im a lil bit on the "technologically challenged" side    and would appreciate any kinda walk-thru's ...

WOW i didnt see that coming! talaga! kala ko somebody was translating for you guys! kase naman most of the admins hindi pinoy.. but ang galing!!!! masaya ako at may pinay na nanjajan!

pasensya na at ngayon lang ako naka pag reply kase busy. tsaka may problema tong pc ko hindi ko pa nga alam kung papano ko ipapa reformat ito kase baka mawala lahat ng brillkids files at ang little reader program...

hello everyone,

i need help!!! my pc got a virus and needs to be reformatted. i have not been able to use my little reader for quite some time now. and i still have not redeemed my points for a free software coz of the problem i have with the virus.

does anyone know what i should do? im backing up my most important files but i dont know if i should back up all the brillkids files or not. im worried i might lose everything including the lessons i made lila...

please help! im desperate!
