I have a problem with Little Reader. It had been crashed for a few times during my child's lessons. It happened during picture flash in which it produced the GUI (see attachment). I could hear the sound but could not see the picture. I could not move forward except to press the escape button. Please help. TIA.

I bought the Child's First Library of Learning for my son when he was 5. He absolutely loved it. I got it from the second hand book market which cost less than 5% of the original price. So,do look out for Amazon or ebay if you don't mind getting used books for your child.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to un-install and re-install the LR and license key again. But I am still having the same error message. It was exactly the same steps taken before I wrote the message to you. I have also tried to delete both activation but to no avail. 

Please let me know what can i do to help you to debug the problem.

I have started Tweedlewink with my baby girl, who is almost 22 month now.  I think she likes it.  At the beginning, she sat more still but not now. I believe she has already watched the DVDs few times, and thus, she may have lost interests.  So recently, I have started giving her the language DVD and the math one and it seems better!!
